I’ve worn Georgia boots for the last seven years. I buy the same brand every time, the last couple times I’ve ordered directly from Georgia boot Rocky. I don’t want boot barn to get my profit money because they suck! I’ve had no problems with Rocky Georgia in fact they gave me a 30% discount offMy most recent purchase because I live in the fire affected area in California. To me that is better than anything else because I saved about $50. In my opinion that’s damn good customer service
Very poor experience and customer service. My husband went to purchase a pair of boots and the system was glitching and charged my card 4 times! I called to solve the issue and they were very rude telling it was my fault and I should have known it was charging even though the website said it was unable to process. They agreed to refund the purchase but did not offer anything for the inconvenience discount or anything until I asked them to do something about it. I will not be purchasing from this site again! Buyers beware of this company!
I have been purchasing Georgia boot products for over 15 years. I'm in the aviation industry and need a steel toe comfortable work boot. I recently contacted Georgia boot about quality issues and they responded by stating they could not help with no receipt. I do understand this requirement but I also stated to them that I have been purchasing boots for many years and never had an issue I pretty much got in the habit of not holding on to the receipt. I paid cash of the boot truck that came to the jobsite, so trying to hunt them down for the transaction is next to impossible and I'm also not longer with that company. I always get the Giant work boot (G6274). My pair from 2 years ago had the eyelets coming apart and my current pair of 6 months had the sole come off at the stitch line in front under the toes. Then this week the back of the sole started coming apart. Like I said before I always highly recommended Georgia Boot. I have a 5 year old pair that still has all the eyelets and sole is in great shape. I have dealt with Doc Martin brand work boots as well as Rocky. Those 2 company's have awesome customer service. My eyelets came off a pair of Doc Martin's and besides responding to my email I received replace eyelets in 3 days no questions asked no recipient required. They actually gave me 2 sets and a free leather conditioner! Rocky also fixed my issue fast with no questions. Just be careful on your purchases with Georgia Boot. Keep your receipt just incase you run into an issue so you can get it resolved unlike me. I do want to say when I contacted Georgia Boot I was not asking for a replacement pair of shoes, I was asking for 2 new soles to be sent out and then I would pay to have them installed myself. That was not an option from them, basically said sorry sir..... It is frustrating to purchase quality boots from them all these years to get the cold shoulder when I have an issue.
