I tried to order boots from the website 3 separate days. Each time my order appeared to go through, but then a few days later I received an email saying it could not process my order. I decided to go with another company. I started receiving emails asking me to review my purchase. I didn't actually purchase anything, so I ignored them. I kept receiving them, however. So, I decided to review them. The review was not flattering. I then received an email letting me know my review was flagged even though I never was vulgar or used profanity, I just stated my experience. That is what prompted me to write this review. It's funny how they weren't interested in taking my order, but were rather quick to take down a negative review.
